Salon Policies

We try to book one person at a time to give our clients our undivided attention.

If an appointment needs to be rescheduled/canceled, I ask to give a 24 hour notice before the appointment.

 

If a client is 10 minutes late without contact, this will be considered “No-Show” and will require a 50% non refundable deposit to re-book an appointment. 

 

If a client is 15 minutes late to an appointment, even with contact, the appointment must be rescheduled.

Appointment must be paid in full within 24 hours whether through cash, card, check or by invoice.

 

I offer invoices through email for weddings or special events, however, I ask that these are paid within 2 days of the appointment.
